Cumbria Business Environment Network

This workshop is designed for smaller businesses and will provide invaluable support and understanding, enabling you to make the most of the resources your business consumes.

• What is a kwh, and how much work will it do?
• What is a cubic metre of water and how many showers will it last for?
• How much do you pay for your electricity and gas?
• How many units do you use and how do you monitor them?
• How does this equate to carbon emissions and just what is a tonne of CO2?

Understanding your bills and simple monitoring and analysis can help you to make big cost and environmental savings. This workshop will give you the tools to do this.
We will also talk about the Climate Change Levy, Feed in Tariffs and Renewable Heat Incentives as well as ‘Green Energy’ Tariffs and Renewable Energy Technologies.
